It's got a awesome picture with great surround sound. A handful of extras making
this one of my favorite blu ray's. I strongly suggest that you check this out.

The Video : This blu ray release of Halloween is presented in Video codec: MPEG-4 AVC, Video resolution: 1080p. The picture is crisp and clear. Even in the dark scenes it looks good. My suggestion watch this in the dark for the "scare effect".
The Audio : This disc is recorded in English: PCM 5.1 (48kHz, 16-bit). Halloween has a wonderful soundtrack. Most of the sound comes from the front and center speakers. The rear and sub woofer kicks in nicely. When you hear Micahel breathing you can hear it come on all the speakers making it sound creepy.

Hopefully Anchor Bay will release another edition down the road. If your a die hard fan of this movie. Thien add it to your blu ray. Other wise this makes a excellent renter.
